- Direct Security Provider warrants that the good supplied are free from defects caused by faulty manufacturing, or faulty materials for a period of 1year on all “SecuGuard brand” cameras except SGC-8836W-E for two years warranty
- Product must be returned to Direct Security Provider for repair under warranty period
- Goods returned for warranty will not be accepted unless prior authoristation has been given by Direct Security Provider. Please contact Direct Security Provider for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Form) number prior sending goods
- The cost of freight in returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer
- Direct Security Provider will take the responsibility to repair the returned goods free of charge during warranty period if the goods was not damaged by artificial harm, misused or operating outside the parameters set by the manufacturer
